Its a girl!

Alysha Rose Wood - July 12th, 6lbs 10 oz

Gracie loves her little sister....hope that lasts!


Labor was great (if one can say such a thing) 2.5 hours, hardly any pain afterwards, but my Blood pressure has spiked so I haven't been great since. But hopefully that gets back to normal soon. I thought it was about time to update everyone, and now I guess I need to think of a new name for my blog! :)

Is it supposed to bubble??

Oh we laughed....

I love laughing at my girl.....in a good way of course.

So my big girl has been really wanting to do everything herself, and we are letting her, just checking up to make sure a good job has been done.

So last night She decided to go pee by herself, I got chatting to hubby for a second, and by the time I got into the bathroom she had brushed her teeth. So I said, let me just get in the back for you, and she said....OK mama, and with each word bubbles came out of her mouth. She couldn't get the cap off the toothpaste and so proceeded to brush her teeth with hand soap.... After laughing until we cried, we used the proper toothpaste which she tells me tastes much better!

Oh kids!!!

My story

Welcome to my blessed life!! Meet myself, a 32 year old stay at home momma. Meet hubby, who I have been married to for 14 years. We got married right out of high school, and while there have been many hardships, my husband is my best friend, and I wouldn't change a thing. We are living life with a 6 year old Grade oner, Gracie and 3 year old toddler, Alysha, which has its challenges, but we love every minute of it. God has blessed us with everything we need as well as tonnes of great friends and family.
